Due to an urgent power cut-off, the Visa Office of The Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Christchurch will have to stop providing part of the services on Thursday, 1/03/2018 and Friday, 2/3/2018. The details are as following:
1. Chinese passports/Chinese Travel document applications can not be collected. If you have booked the service on Thursday, 1/03/2018 and Friday, 2/3/2018 online, please come to the Visa Office next week at your convenience. No need to re-book online.
2. If you need to pick up you passports or other documents on Thursday, 1/03/2018 and Friday, 2/3/2018, you are welcomed to pay by bank cheque. The title is Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Christchurch.
Personal cheque, company cheque, online banking transfer and pay with the credit card number will not be accepted.
3. Visa applications can be collected, except urgent ones. The pick-up date will be postponed accordingly.
