On Sep 25, Consul General He Ying attended Chinese Immersion Day and the Book Donation Ceremony hosted at Tūranga Library. On behalf of the Chinese Consulate in Christchurch, Madam He donated books regarding Chinese culture to Tūranga and encouraged more Kiwis to learn Chinese and know about China.
